Non-VNTY Beauty Club members & VNTY Insiders are only eligible to return VNTY Hair for exchange, you must email us within 2 days of receiving your order at vntyhair@gmail.com. The items you are returning must be unworn, unused, undamaged, unaltered, and in its original packaging. The items can be exchanged for a different texture, but must be the same length and quantity as your original order. You will have 5 days from our response to your exchange request to ship the items back to us. You will be responsible for paying the shipping fees before we can process your exchange. If we do not receive your package by the 5th day, you will be charged a $35 service fee, which must be paid before we ship out your replacement.

 

VNTY Beauty Vixen & VIP Club members are eligible to return VNTY Hair for refund or exchange, you must email us within 2 days of receiving your order at vntyhair@gmail.com. The items you are returning must be unworn, unused, undamaged, unaltered, and in its original packaging. The items you are returning can be exchanged for a different texture, but must be the same length and quantity as your original order or you can request a full refund. You will have 7 days form our response to your exchange request to ship the items back to us. If we do not receive to your exchange request to ship the items back to us. You will be responsible for paying the shipping fees before we can process your exchange. If we do not receive your package by the 7th day, you will be charged a $30 service fee, which must be paid before we ship out your replacement.

 

To complete your exchange or refund (if applicable), we require a VNTY Hair receipt. Any item not in its original packaging, unworn, undamaged, unused or if there are any missing pieces or parts for reason not due to our error, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. The items will be returned to your mailing address after you remit shipping fees.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or refund. If you are approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 business days. Please keep in mind that every bank and credit card company have varying processing times which may affect when your refund shows up in your account. Please contact your financial institution if your refund is not posted after 14 business days. No sale items are eligible for refund at any time, no exceptions.

 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive an e-gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, an e-gift card will be emailed to you. If the original purchaser had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the original purchaser in their original form of payment.

 

To return your product, you should contact us prior to shipping the item for the proper return address. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item back to us, please use a trackable shipping service (UPS, FedEx) and consider purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not liable if anything happens to your package while in transit back to us.

 

VNTY, Inc, VNTY Hair, VNTY Beauty Club and its subsidiaries and affiliates are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, VNTY will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
